ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
Department of Physics was established in the year 2019 and it’s successfully running in our college. Well Organized lab facilities available in our department. It offers, Add on Course. We provides high quality of education. The department continuously provides the opportunity to explore their potential through seminars, conferences, internships and industrial visit. We also encourage our students to participate inter and intra collegiate competitions and events to show their talents and skills.
Department of Physics Organized a one day Industrial visit to Birla Planetarium, Which is located in Chennai on 19.07.2023. Our Department 4 Students got University Rank. Now, Our students are placed in various companies like TCS, EQUITAS, BLUECHIP, MUTHOOT FINANCE, TVS, SSVM SCHOOL, etc.
Our department organized a one day internship program on medical instrumentation on 07.09.2023 through to this internships program our students learned about the testing methods of blood and stitching.
Department of Physics organized two-days industrial visit to Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant, which is located in Tirunelveli.
Our department organized a one-day industrial visit to ISRO, 36 Students along with 2 faculty members have joined this Industrial visit. Which is located at Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh on 05.03.2024 for the purpose of study about the ISRO’s Space science Programme started with studies of upper atmosphere using Sounding rockets.
